No one can destroy iron
Iron is not destroyed by force, but by its own rust. In the same way, we are not undone by the world outside, but by the mind within.
We are a weaving of body, mind, emotions, and energy. Yet our greatest strength, and our deepest weakness, is our own intelligence. The same mind that dreams, invents, and creates wonders also fears, corrodes, and destroys. It is both our genius and our burden.
Like iron, we rarely break from external blows. We weaken from within, through fears and insecurities, through judgments and traumas, through the countless stories we repeat about who we are and who we are not. Slowly, silently, the rust of thought spreads.
The tragedy is that we call this “normal.” Because everyone suffers the same unrest, we assume this is life. But surviving is not living. And fleeting moments of joy or peace are not the fullness of existence.
There is another way. A healthy mind is not restless or heavy. It is not filled with endless noise or endless stories. A healthy mind is quiet, clear, calm, an open vessel, empty of illusions, ready to receive life as it is.
To reach this state, we must learn to guide the mind rather than be ruled by it. We must release old baggage, let go of false identities, and unlearn the misunderstandings we have carried for years. In emptying, we make space. In space, we find freedom.
When the rust is cleared, the strength of iron shines again. When the noise fades, the brilliance of the soul is revealed.
Do not let corrosion eat away at your spirit. Clean the mind. Open the heart. Step into the boundless wonder of being alive.
Life was never meant to be endured. It was meant to be lived, fully, deeply, awake.
