We weaken from within, through fears and insecurities, through judgments and traumas, through the countless stories we repeat about who we are and who we are not. Slowly, silently, the rust of thought spreads. The tragedy is that we call this “normal.” Because everyone suffers the same unrest, we assume this is life. But surviving is not living.
